    Stealing signs (baseball)

    how come no one makes a big deal about sign stealing in baseball?

    it happens probally every game.

    id would bet it happens every game

    we used to do it in senior league baseball and then again in HS

    I caught a guy stealing signs once when I was pitching, so I hit him in the head his next at bat. Thats a true story.

    i thought you were making a post about the state champions signs that were stolen from JJ Kelly back during the winter...which were returned.....

    we had a system set up where if the coach said your last name it was a fastball, if he said your numnber it was something offspeed...

    and yeah i was a peaker when I hit...big time.

    What little bit i coached in organized ball was always fun. I basically had my team swinging away at anything close. I had beat this one team everytime we had faced them. I always went through the motions of some type of signals that didn't mean 'jack squat',,after we beat this team again,,, the opposing coach said,, " i think i've figured out your signs, we will be ready for you the next time".....i thought to myself,, i am glad he has figured them out,, b/c me or the players didn't know what they are,,,,ha
